Personal
Charles grew up on the Goddard Ranch in south-central Oklahoma and graduated from Dickson High School. After public school, Charles obtained three degrees from Oklahoma State University, the last two while working full-time in the Oklahoma Cooperative Extension Service.
He has three daughters, Rebekah, Faith and Hope.
